Please ensure that the title and author name (in both Japanese and English) are correct.

The number of pages is limited to 2.

The submitted abstract (PDF) will be posted on the JSGI website as is. Color manuscripts are acceptable.

  Participation fee: 2,000 yen (students 1,000 yen)

Notes when creating PDF files:


PDF file must be camera-ready and published without any modifications.
Please be careful when creating the files you submit.
Please help us print with clear illustrations and a consistent layout.

○ convert it to PDF after arranging the layout (such as margins, font size, and line spacing) as stipulated in guidelines.
○ When converting to PDF, please use a word processor or dedicated software.
○ Please do not use files that have been converted from printed documents into PDF format using a document scanner.
○ The manuscript should be a single PDF file (do not split it into parts)
○ Embed fonts
○ Please create PDF files with high resolution to ensure clarity of figures and photographs.
○ Open the PDF file in PDF Reader and print it to check whether the illustrations are accurate and clear enough.
