Submission Guidelines

Presentation Format:

(1) Oral presentation (approximately 15 minutes per presentation)

(2) Poster presentation (including demos)

(3) Exhibition (publicity, advertising, etc.)

Session:The program will be catagorized into sessions, so please select the most appropriate one from the following nine session types. If your presentation spans multiple sessions, you may enter multiple session names with priority.

　Database

　Remote Sensing

　Image Processing

　GIS, Web-GIS　

　Geophysical Methods

　Geospatial Standards and management

Submission details:　

(1) Presentation format

(2) Title（Japanese and/or English）

(3) Session name (first choice is required, second choice is optional)

(4) Names and affiliations of all presenters(Japanese and/or English）

(5) Contact details of the representative presenter

★If you are using bilingual, Please pay attention to the consistency between Japanese and English texts.

★Please ensure that the title and author name (in both Japanese and English) are correct.

★The number of pages is limited to 2.

Abstracts should be prepared the following guidelines:Please submit by email in PDF format

The submitted abstract (PDF) will be posted on the JSGI website as is. Color manuscripts are acceptable.

Notes when creating PDF files:

PDF file must be camera-ready and published without any modifications.
Please be careful when creating the files you submit.
Please help us print with clear illustrations and a consistent layout.

○　convert it to PDF after arranging the layout (such as margins, font size, and line spacing) as stipulated in guidelines.
○　When converting to PDF, please use a word processor or dedicated software.
○　Please do not use files that have been converted from printed documents into PDF format using a document scanner.
○　The manuscript should be a single PDF file (do not split it into parts)
○　Embed fonts
○　Please create PDF files with high resolution to ensure clarity of figures and photographs.
○　Open the PDF file in PDF Reader and print it to check whether the illustrations are accurate and clear enough.
